This is the condo you've been searching for to spend your upcoming Cozumel vacation. Brand new unit consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. White sandy beaches await you right outside the front door. Wake up in your bed and look right outside at the breathtaking view of the gorgeous crystal clear, turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Beautifully furnished with all the comforts to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Looking for a comfortable bed? We took extra care to provide the most comfortable mattresses for that great night sleep. Have your morning coffee looking at the beautiful view from the veranda and listening to the soft sounds of the sea.

Chankannab, a protected national park, is just next door. Take the 5 minute walk over and enjoy the day swimming with dolphins, walking through tropical botanical gardens, snorkeling, scuba diving, or simply relaxing and enjoying your coco loco. Also, next door to the unit is Club Uvas, where you can obtain your PADI certification for scuba diving and begin your diving career. Take a drive to the other side of the island. Along this coastal road, you'll find yourself stopping to take in the awesome views and running to play in the surf and boogie board. Have lunch at the famous COCONUTS; and enjoy the highest point on the island with the most spectacular view. Downtown is just a five minute drive where you can enjoy shopping, shopping and more shopping. Restaurants and nightlife are plenty - so enjoy some local cuisine and some good dancing music.

Upon arrival to the place I like to call paradise, our representative will greet you at the condo and give you orientation. He will be at your service during the duration of your island vacation. His English is perfect, so communication is no problemo. He can help you arrange the perfect vacation and give you great advice on everything to see and do on the island. Don't even think about cleaning - we'll provide maid service twice per week!!! Pack light, everything you can imagine you'll need is in the condo. Have a FABULOUS vacation.

Response from the owner Thank you for the positive review. As far as the "Mexico" smell - our complex is investing in a new septic system to correct this odor that is pretty common on the island. Our new system is being installed in the near future. Hopefully our new system will correct this.
