Caribe Sunset is one of the coolest vacation rental condos on Cozumel! This luxury penthouse is located just two blocks from the blue on blue waters of the Caribbean!

Caribe Sunset spans two floors with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and three whirlpool tubs...one on the huge rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying a cool dip after a hot day of private sun bathing.

Climb the spiral staircase to the Sunset Terrace and enjoy our view of passing cruise ships and spectacular sunsets!

The Cozumel vacation condo is full of large windows and sliding glass doors, a beautiful rooftop terrace, and a balcony to capture the sunlight and ocean breezes that are always available. The master bedroom has a 15-foot domed ceiling that naturally circulates the cool breezes or, of course, you can always turn on the air-conditioner.

The furniture is handmade, and the doors and cabinetry are custom-built. We have brought in fabrics, tiles, and paint to create an authentic Mexican theme in the warm colors of the sunset. Caribe Sunset boasts colorful artwork that was selected from all over Mexico to make you feel like a native.

This Cozumel vacation rental is located in a five-unit building. The building has been planned to take advantage of the island trade winds and is in the perfect location to enjoy all that the island has to offer. The beach is 2 blocks away at our favorite breakfast place on the water. You can walk to the plaza in minutes and the island's best grocery store is across the street. Perfect for grabbing a quick basket of pastries or a bag of ice and a six pack on your way to the beach!

Caribe Sunset is one of those absolutely unique, funky kind of places that called to us the moment we stepped inside. The colors were brighter, the breezes cooler and the tile more brilliant than any other property we have ever found on the island. And every day is a Fiesta at Caribe Sunset!

How do damage deposits work?

If Caribe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
