Large 2 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen in the heart of Cozumel in a new complex.

Comfortable and clean apartment equipped with linens & towels.

Strong WIFI access & washing machine on site.

Dave’s house was built in 2008, it is located downtown Cozumel, about 20 minute walking distance to the main strip – or a cheap cab ride will get you there in 5 minutes. You’ll find tons of restaurants, bars, beach clubs and shopping in town.

The house is right off the island transversal road with corner stores, taquerias, bakeries and restaurants all around. The east side of the island is within a 15 minute drive with access to miles on end of pristine beaches, ideal for surfers and beach goers – if you’re in the mood for something a little more secluded and away from the high tourist volumes of the west side. In the right time of year, you might even be so lucky as to spot sea turtles nesting or hatching!

We can also point you in the right direction for anything you might need during your trip: car, bike, scooter rentals, dive shops, horseback riding in the jungle, and various tours and activities…

Whatever you’re looking for, we can hook you up!

All rooms have WIFI, and internet access is solid throughout the property, no matter what floor you’re on.

For those moments when you feel like staying home, we’ve got all the bells and whistles for you to enjoy: the trees and plants give Dave’s House a jungle feel with the comfort of an outdoor pool with shower/restroom, a big outdoor kitchen with bar and fridge (…you just have to fill it!), lounging space with hammocks, barbecue grill, and enough space to park your scooter inside the locked gate.

The bar scene & main shopping areas, are within a 20 minute walk, or a short cab fare away.

The beaches in Cozumel are outside of town, this means that a cab, a good walk, or a rented scooter or car would get you to the town's nearest beaches.

This is the place if you’re after an experience in the real Cozumel, bring your friends and / or family and come enjoy the island for an authentic local pulse! Whether you’re looking for a relaxing or exciting stay I can give you inside tips on the island. I am looking forward to welcoming you at my house!
