Cool Caribbean views from our oceanfront modern colonial condo, situated in the heart of Cozumel. Enjoy the Caribbean breezes sitting on your ocean front balcony or watch Carnival from your street side balcony. Walk to restaurants, shops, beach, grocery stores, town plaza.

You will be pleased with this beautiful blend of classic colonial style and modern elegance, this comfortable one bedroom has a king size bed with french doors for privacy, with a sofa bed in the living area if needed for an extra guest, bathroom, kitchenette.

Free beach club 1/4 block away for access to snorkeling, no beach access on property.

We are adhering to new Cleaning and Safety Protocols for everyones safety and comfort!
