Casita del Mar, “Little House of the Sea,” is an extraordinary vacation condominiums with views that are equally stunning whether you’re indoors or out.
Located within the prestigious and gated Residencias Reef complex, the ground-level Casita del Mar sits right on a private beach, where you’re only steps down a beautiful paved path from the ocean and pristine beach.
The one-bedroom, one-bath condo includes a king-sized bed with luxurious, high thread-count linens and simply sublime pillows. It’s an exquisite place to retire for the evening, with gentle ocean breezes flowing in and the nothing but the sound of the surf to lull you to sleep.
The adjoining master bathroom, which is expertly designed and beautifully tiled, includes a walk-in shower and comes stocked with shampoos, soaps, and more.
The living room has a super comfortable couch which converts to a sleeper, expanding you sleeping options to three. As well, it’s part of the condo’s open-concept design, so the kitchen is in full view and the chef is always part of the conversation.
The large satellite TV, or you can spend a little time playing board games for fun and priceless family memories. Wi-Fi is included, and can be accessed throughout the home, and phone calls to the U.S. and Canada are at no charge to you. Daily maid service has also been included, to ensure that your vacation remain work- and worry-free.
For those of you who like to stay in and cook, the small kitchenette is big on basics and just right for fixing a quick lunch or appetizer to accompany your cocktails.

It is the closet to the beach, so that means that right in your own front yard (your patio opens up to the pool and beach areas) is your private beachfront and two freshwater pools, where comfortable lounge chairs, palm trees, and cool tropical breezes beckon you to kick back and relax.
You can jump in the ocean for a bit of snorkeling or take a leisurely stroll along the beach and perhaps play a little volleyball, Frisbee, or rent a jet ski. You can arrange for a SCUBA diving or glass-bottom boat snorkeling adventure, so you can see the underwater world of this incredible island. Your guide will pick you up right at your condo, and whisk you off on an offshore adventure.
If the pools and ocean aren’t enough water for one day, you’ll also have full use of the jetted hot tub. There’s a SCUBA and snorkeling rinse tank for gear plus two outdoor showers to wash away the salt and sand. And it’s all surrounded by a manicured landscape of lush green lawns and tropical foliage.
When you’re ready for a little nightlife, head to the main street of downtown Cozumel, a 15-minute drive away. The waterfront is alive with activity at all hours, because it is one of the primary ports for cruise ships as well as the ferry terminal.
