Description
Casa Carlita is a private two bedroom vacation rental located in the Corpus Christi area of Cozumel. Only 2 blocks from the waterfront street, this home has two large private bedrooms each with its own bath.
Casa Carlita is close to two large grocery stores, Chedraui and Mega. Both are Walmart like stores that offer anything you might need while staying at Casa Carlita. Going left from Casa Carlita only a five minute walk away is Dolphinaris, a swim with dolphin program. Continue south 5 minutes more is a dive shop. Only a short walk away from Casa Carlita is a public beach called Playa Calatitas. Going North from Casa Carlita about a 10minute walk is town square, where on the way you will pass the Punta Langosta shopping mall (with Starbucks, Carlos N Charlies and Senor Frogs) and many local shops.
Casa Carlita is a lovely two bedroom, 2 bath villa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to fit all your kitchen needs. This home opens to a spacious livingroom and dining area. The front courtyard is surrounded by a high privacy wall that offers guests total private use of the swimming pool. Palm trees, blossoms of bougainvilleas and other tropical plants adorn the garden/pool area. Enjoy your meals in this courtyard, sunbathe on its marble patio or enjoy the shade of its covered deck.
This homes has brand new A/C units, ceiling fans, plenty of towels and good quality linens, purified water, cable TV with American channels, stereo, DVD, I Pod charger, a vonage line to call home free and wireless internet. The location is fabulous. Close to town, yet very private. This private vacation rental stands out as a wonderful place for friends, families and is perfect for a romantic honeymoon.
