Description

This lovely traditional french house has four newly renovated large apartments. The panoramic views of the sea of the Rade de Brest are truly spectacular and the garden runs right along the waters edge. Wonderfully quiet and peaceful and to sit and watch the boating with the backdrop of beautiful scenery is truly relaxing.

And, weather permitting barbeque's every evening!!

The apartment has a modern kitchen with dining area,a large lounge overlooking the water, large double bedroom also with views of the sea and large twin bedroom. Total floor area 90 sq.m giving a spacious feel

The large garden which runs along the waters edge is shared with the second apartment .

WiFi access throughout the house.

We rent in the peak season on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of a 1 week booking.

As our two apartments have only recently been renovated they are bright and clean with new carpeting and the furnishings of the apartment are both traditional and modern. Alll rooms have modern electric wall heaters. We can supply a cot and highchair if required. There is a laundry room on the ground floor shared with the second apartment. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and handbasin, but no bath. The satelite TV has all Free to Air channels for the UK, France, Germany and some other european countries.
The flat has been equipped with a second means of escape as a fire precaution.
All costs of electricity are included in our rates.Free WiFI is available. All bed linen and towels are included in our rates .

Their is no cleaning charge but we expect guests to leave the property clean and tidy .

The quayside village is busy in summer with water sport enthusiasts and a new boat trip service has just commenced traversing the Rade of Brest with spectacular scenery. The village of Landevennec is famous for it's ancient Abbey which makes an interesting visit.

“Stunning views and peaceful location.”

My children, husband and I all loved this comfortable, well equipped flat. The views over the water were stunning, particularly at sun rise. We also loved the village, with its atmospheric cafes and little shop. The owners are lovely and extremely helpful. Can't recommend it enough.
