Description

Available for the first time! Two story beach cottage right next to the ocean. Top floor are the bedrooms and a living room along an L shape balcony. The downstairs is an open terrace with an airy kitchen and the bathroom. There is also an outside shower to wash off the salt water and sand. 20 steps away from the ocean and surrounded by trees. Hidden from view, this property sits right next to the Marine Biological Reserve of Culebra. The best snorkeling in Culebra right at your front door. The beauty and quiet of this place will make you come back again and again. Only a short 8-10 minute walk from town so you don't even need to have transportation. World famous Flamenco beach is only about a 7 minute drive from the property. If you don't have a car, public transportation is available from town to anywhere in Culebra. Five or six hammocks are available around the property to snooze the afternoon away while you listen to the sounds of the ocean. The most spectacular sunsets right at your front door!!!!

I personally greet/receive all guests that arrive at our cottage. Once you are settled in you will not see me again until check out time. But, I am very accessible by phone if guests have any questions or if they decide to make use of our water toys (kayaks, paddleboard). You can also call me if you want to learn a little about our island paradise. We understand that most people want their privacy while on vacation but, also that some people want up to date information because they want to maximize their vacation time...very accessible, but very hands off!

How do damage deposits work?
