La villa a été pensée et décorée avec goût et offre un niveau d’équipement rare en location. Vous profiterez de 2 homes cinémas avec chacun accès à NETFLIX et My Canal INCLUS ! Accès WIFI haut débit INCLUS. Classement en Meublé de Tourisme 4 étoiles accordé à l’automne 2019. Profitez de la crêpière bretonne typique de marque Krampouz et autres équipements de la maison selon les saisons ! Possibilité d'utiliser le poêle à bois avec vente sur place de bûches (selon stocks disponibles) pour une chaleur agréable et maîtrisée l'hiver.
BIEN-ETRE AU JARDIN :
2 salons de jardin pour pouvoir prendre ses repas ensemble en profitant du barbecue au charbon de bois! Espace abrité par une pergola vous offrant de l’ombre tout l’après-midi durant. 1 balançoire pour les plus petits et 1 espace complet avec bancs et fils à linge à l’arrière de la maison, 1 trampoline et 1 table de ping-pong pour les plus grands ! Les éclairages du jardin vous permettront de profiter de l’ambiance zen en vous délectant dans le calme des extérieurs jusqu’à 22h par respect du voisinage et des règles de vie communément admises dans un quartier résidentiel où vivent exclusivement des familles. La douchette extérieure sera bien appréciable à l’arrière de la maison pour les retours de plage !
SECURITE :
Le quartier est parfaitement apaisé et constitué en grande majorité de maisons de vacances et quelques résidents à l'année. Le stationnement est FACILE et GRATUIT dans l’impasse, ce qui contribuera à tranquilliser vos retours d’excursions ! Il sera impératif de ne garer que 2 véhicules maximum le long de la haie. La possibilité est offerte de stationner 2 véhicules à l’intérieur de la propriété, le long du garage (non proposé à la location).
REPOS TOTAL :
Afin de profiter jusqu’à la dernière minute de votre séjour, vous pouvez retenir en supplément l’option « Ménage de fin de séjour » que nous pouvons prendre en charge. Le montant de cette prestation est de 120€ pour l’ensemble du gîte. Nous demandons simplement le respect du matériel et des installations.
Linge de lit et de bain en OPTION également contre respectivement 80€ et 40€
JEUNES ENFANTS :
Nous mettons à disposition gracieusement à la demande 2 lits parapluie neufs avec matelas renouvelés régulièrement, 2 chaises hautes, 2 pots, 1 baignoire bébé et 1 matelas à langer !
NOTRE ACCUEIL :
Nous vous offrons 1 petit set d'accueil composé de thés et café en grains + 1 petite spécialité locale ! Nous facilitons votre arrivée en nous adaptant à vos horaires pour une arrivée sans stress et à tout moment à partir de 16h !
NOUS SOMMES… loueurs professionnels désormais et développons cette activité depuis plus de 8 années maintenant. Nous avons permis plus de 1800 séjours !
REGLES DE LA MAISON :
Notre gîte NE PERMET PAS DE REALISER DES FESTIVITES SUR PLACE. Le respect des lieux et du voisinage est IMPERATIF pour ce qui concerne l’utilisation du matériel mis à disposition et des nuisances sonores. Le bruit n'est plus toléré après 22h AU JARDIN. Nous ne dérogeons pas au nombre maximum de personnes pouvant être accueillis pour garantir aux voyageurs comme au voisinage une quiétude totale et une utilisation adaptée du gîte.
NOS ENGAGEMENTS :
Parce que les vacances c’est sacré, nous nous mettons en 4 pour vous satisfaire ! Nous vérifions systématiquement le bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des installations pour vous éviter toute mauvaise surprise (wifi, bouteille de gaz pour la cuisine, fonctionnement des home cinémas etc.).
