Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, one bedroom is a combined office and futon full-size bed. The home theater room features a 63" 3D TV, Blueray DVD, with comfortable recliners ideal for watching your favorite movies or sporting events. Spacious ocean view backyard for your enjoyment of all outdoor living: built-in BBQ and patio dining, firepit with bench, propane heater for warming up those cooler nights, step up jacuzzi with seating for 6 people and the stone fountain rounds out the ambiance of this outside living space.
Dana Point is a great destination area with easy access to all Southern California attractions. Close to world-class resorts such as: St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, Laguna Cliffs and Montage Resort Hotels, this area is also home to some of the best beaches in the area. Just a mile to Salt Creek and Strand Beach where white sandy beaches are great for swimming or surfing. Dana Point Harbor offers every type of water sporting activity and nearby Laguna Beach is an art-lovers village with famous art festivals and galleries. The walking path starts across the street from this community and winds around the St. Regis and to Salt Creek Beach. Bikes are welcome too.
