The pool is in the front yard and is shared by only 7 other units. Light and bright interior gives you all the comforts of home while gazing at the best views in Dana Point.

NOTE: This condo is offered for the 2 people renting and no outside visitors are allowed.

Dolphin and whale sightings are common from the patio of this condo. Take a stroll down to Strand Beach via the path right below and catch a wave. This condo has been highly upgraded with the finest designer touches: beautiful wood flooring, granite gray and white counter tops, stylish furnishings, and all new kitchen appliances. The cozy living room has ample seating and takes full advantage of the view while offering the comforts of a fireplace and watching a large flat screen TV. Dine alfresco on the front patio and catch a dip in the heated pool that is shared by only this small complex. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable master bed with a new Duxiana mattress from Sweden as of 2019, TV, dresser and wardrobe. Attached to the master is a full sized bathroom.
