Description

Luxury home with great ocean view--5 minute walk to the sand--in guard gated safe and private community.Master suite and second bedroom plus two offices with pulldown single bed in one office. Three bathrooms. Living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, garage, large swimming pool, patio with fireplace. Excellent furnishings--our home, not a rental property. We have a second home in Nicaragua. Garage and ample parking is available. Use Google Earth to see the house and location. Minimum rental two months. Possible to include Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Dana Point is adjacent to the exclusive town of Laguna Beach with additional shopping and restaurants.

The community of Niguel Shores is located on the ocean between the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and the exclusive The Strand housing community. It is adjacent to the Five Star Monarch Beach Resort. More information about the area can be found on their websites. Niguel Shores has a private beach bluff park, a clubhouse with a large swimming pool and tennis courts. The climate near the ocean is near-perfect. No air conditioning is needed. Just open the sliding doors for the ocean breezes.

Getting around

There are plenty of beaches, trails and stores that you can walk to. The beaches five minutes, but the stores are a 15 minute walk. Everyone in Southern California has a car, and a car is highly recommended. The local area is great for relaxing and the ocean and harbor. There is a local train that goes to Los Angeles and San Diego, but you can drive there as well. San Diego is one hour and Los Angeles downtown is 90 minutes. Plenty of museums, professional sports, restaurants and activities in both towns. Lots of live music and plays. Angels Baseball Stadium and Honda Center for concerts and Ducks hockey in Anaheim are 35 minutes.
