Description

It has breathtaking sea and mountain views from all its rooms and terraces and is less than 100m far from the beach. Deia was the home of the British poet and writer Robert Graves for many years and Cala de Deia, the place preferred by him and his family for their sea baths. It is surely one of the island spots with more international renown, due to its natural beauty and crystal waters, and it is visited by thousands of visitors, who find in these mountains and in the picturesque village of Deia, a unique place.

The villa is located in the best residential urban area of Deia and surrounded by very few properties. It counts with all the services such as running water, sewer system, electric supply, and communications.

The house is built in accordance with the local architecture and with rustic finishing of the highest quality. It has three floors, communicated by an interior marble stair as well as by a practical lift. The property has two accesses from the street, for the exclusive use of people, as well as a beautiful and ample yard access the garage for more privacy and convenience.

The ceilings in all floors feature wooden beams, including the porch. Both the facades and the garden typical terraces are made of local stone, pavements are of highest quality terracotta, and toilets coatings are of marble. Everything has been done with a careful design, especially sensitive with the place idiosyncrasy, and its architecture transmits an exclusive rustic atmosphere, welcoming and very well kept.   

The property surroundings are an environmentally protected area of great landscape and natural value where the real state offer is nonexistent, so this is a small development with no growth expectations owed to the restrictive environmental protection in force. Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.
