It has 2 bedrooms (max 4 sleep), 2 bathrooms, and a sunny balcony ideal for cool evening of al fresco dining. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Has air-conditioning & central heating. Satellite TV with BBC world, Sky news, etc. 200m from the beach, marina and the Nautical club. Short walk to local amenities, markets, bakery, chemist and the charming town centre.

Only 15 minutes to Denia centre and 5 to marina. Spoiled by barking dogs and owners that have no thought for other people surrounding them.
