An apartment with space, sea and mountain views. This wonderful apartment has it all.
Only 300m from the beach , in the quieter residential part of Denia with a local mini supermarket to get your fresh bread every day and excellent restaurants nearby. As featured on Channel 5, Denia is a jewel on the Costa Blanca coast and has a Michelin 3 star restaurant on its doorstep.
Our Apartment is on the first floor, and about a 20-25 min walk (or 5 min bike ride) to Denia centre and just 750m from the fantastic marina. Free unlimited WI-Fi is available for guests and with air-conditioning/heating throughout. Your own private parking space, remote controllable gates (complex can only be entered by owners and tenants) Immaculate communal garden with beautiful, maturing palms and ancient olive trees the gardens are relaxing and beautiful . The large private swimming pool, with shallow toddlers area offers the chance to cool off during those hot summer days.
Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, electric kettle, washing machine, microwave, line-dryer.
In the lounge sit back in the leather seats to enjoy the 40 inch digital LED TV (UK satellite, USB drive),with DVD player, and modern wireless music hub.,. The main bedroom enjoys a King size bed and the second bedroom two singles - bedding and all linen is included as are towels and even tea-towels (Please bring your own beach towels).
On the terrace enjoy the lovely sea and/or mountain views, so in the evenings you can sip the local wine and watch the sun go down and the moon rise over the marina!

“Second visit to this apartment and I'm sure we will be back for a third.”
We would highly recommend this apartment. We (family of four - children aged 11 and 8)returned this year after a great holiday last year. The pool is excellent and although shared most of the time we had it to ourselves. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and lots of room for storage. Great terrace with a large table for eating outside. The beach is a short walk away and has a popular beach bar serving food and drinks all day. Every evening the bar has a musician playing. Snorkeling in Las Rotas is also a short walk along the beach front or you can drive. We hired a boat a from the marina which we would also recommend. You can hire some of the boats without a license. Aqualandia in Benidorm is a great day out - you are usually handed some discount vouchers when you leave Alicante airport - its about a 40 minute drive from the apartment. Many many restaurants and a lovely market selling holiday trinkets - kids loved all the bracelets and necklaces and all very affordable (one or two euros). All in all the apartment is a perfect place to make the most of Denia.
