Description

This modern, spacious and very well equipped apartment offers an excellent base for a wonderful holiday. Our 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is ideally situated on the small and tranquil development of Los Carmenes in the Las Marinas area of Denia. The sandy beach is just 100 metres away, as are numerous bars and restaurants.

The apartment overlooks the pool and garden area. A lift will take you to the third and top floor of the building. The accommodation comprises of the entrance hallway leading to a spacious lounge /dining/open plan kitchen area, with sliding doors opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. It has a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto the terrace and a twin bedroom, also with access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom that has a shower and toilet. There is another double bedroom. All rooms have the benefit of air conditioning, to ensure that it offers superb value and all the essentials for a relaxing and sun filled holiday in Denia. The apartment is on a secure complex and a covered private parking space is included in the rental.

There is Satellite TV, Spanish TV, and a media-player with a collection of films in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A car is not essential although it is recommended if you wish to explore the local area.
