Description

The house forms part of a small urbanisation (12 other properties) with beautiful mature gardens and a large swimming pool. The house boasts 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and a new modern diner-kitchen. We have a new travel cot and high chair available for younger family members. There is a large terrace for relaxing in the sun and an area for the gas BBQ. An awning provides shade form the midday summer heat. The house now benefits from high speed fibre optic broadband for those wishing to keep in touch or work from home.

The beautiful beach at Les Marines (300mtrs) is a short 10 minute walk away where you can relax on the white sandy beach. Here you will find a small convenience store, bars/cafés and restaurants. The pool at the house is available for your use if you prefer to have a relaxing day at home.

Denia is an hours drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports both of which have regular flights to and from the UK. There are both train and bus services to Denia as well as taxis offering competitive fares from both airports.

There are plenty of local shops, small supermarkets and restaurants (the best one 50 metres away), great for families! Denia town is a 2.5 - 3 km flat walk. A regular bus service operates throughout the year.

If you are happy with beach and the pool it is not necessary to rent a car. For those wishing to explore locally a car can be hired for a couple of days in Denia.

If you are feeling a bit more energetic there is a sailing/ windsurfing school 2 km away and bikes can be hired locally to take advantage of the many cycle paths. The Montago national park is great for walking/hiking in the cooler months.

We have rented in Denia for 17 years now and for 10 year we rented the same 2 bed house in this area our children were getting older and we looked for a 3 bed and we found the perfect holiday house the house is spacious very well equipped nothing has been left out, we've had one of the best holidays this year in Denia, we will be back next year
