Description
A villa with a contemporary feel on a small complex of 8 villas sharing a good sized pool with shallow end for younger children. The villa is very well equipped with everything you will need and has it's own garden with secure gate to the pool area. It has a dining patio on the ground floor and a wonderful sun terrace on the first floor with a stunning view of the beautiful Montgo mountain. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) and 2 bathrooms.
The villa is within 10 minutes walk of the centre of Denia with it's wonderful shops and restaurants and is also 10 minutes fwalk rom the Marina where you can drink and dine with great views of the town and surroundings. The nearest beach is by the Marina and is very safe. Further extensive beaches run for 20 km north of Denia and access and parking is easy even in the summer months. There is also a beautiful rocky coastline around Las Rotas just south of the town which makes for great snorkelling and also has some beautifully situated restaurants.
5 Golf courses are nearby including La Sella, Javea and Oliva Nova providing great choice.
It is a great area for cycling with both flat roads and some outstanding mountains for the more adventurous road or mountain bikers. Bikes can be hired in Denia. For road bikes we recommend Cafe Ciclista - great coffee as well!
For walkers, there are great walks in the region and access to the Montgo mountain is a short distance from the villa - a great day out with spectacular views along the coast and inland.
There are 2 local supermarkets - less than 5 minutes walk - providing all that you need.
There are Spanish free to air and British free to air and satellite TV channels.

A welcome pack can be ordered for when you arrive and there is a local contact who will meet you on arrival, show you around and hand over the keys to you. For those people staying more than one week, a weekly clean can be arranged at additional cost.

The property is well furnished with quality furnishings and also has a sound bar which can be connected via Bluetooth to mobile phones or tablets for music streaming. There is TV with free to air British TV channels BBC, ITV, Channel 5 plus satellite channels and also Spanish free to air TV channels.

The villa has its own parking space on a driveway behind an electric gate. The garden runs around the house allowing for a safe play area for children or for great sunbathing. There are 4 full reclining sun chairs and dining facilities inside and outside. There is also a barbecue in the garden.

“Quiet retreat but close to everything”
Great villa, well equipped for everything. Close to Marina and Denia centre if walking, and 2 supermarkets just around the corner. Villas in the group cleverly placed, so one is not overlooked. Terrace upstairs was lovely. Glad that we had heating, which worked really well. Thank you for a fab stay (oh, and special mention for Andrea, our local contact - she was brilliant, especially when we locked ourselves out!)

“Winter break in Denia”
We stayed in this villa for a post Christmas break. The villa was lovely; fully equipped with everything you could wish for. It is a 5 minute walk to 2 large supermarkets and about a 15 minute walk into the town center with an abundance of shops and restaurants. The villa has great outside space - both in the garden and the upstairs terrace. We would thoroughly recommend this villa for families and adults and hope to visit again soon.

“Nice and quiet home with everything you need.”
It was very hot when we were in Denia but the house has airco in every room which was very comfortabel. We used the swimming pool everyday. Two steps from the garden and you are in the water! The house has everything you need, a very complete kitchen and beds to lay down in the garden. We went for a walk on the Montgo, which was very beautiful and we visited Calpe, Javea, Moraira, Kata de Gorgos and they are alle nice little towns. We liked Denia very much, there are beautiful beaches and the town has stayed tipical spanish.
