Response from the owner Sorry for having to call we are in process of renovating another property to standard of Sophie's cottage and the tiler was working late to finish flooring and we had not enough grout at the property and keep spare there. Apologies for that. We collect midweek towels and rubbish when guests stay for 1 week.
