Cascina Maria is part of private property with large garden and large pool.
The farmhouse has great size with large and bright bedrooms with air conditioning. The pool is shared with another apartment as the garden as well. The house has all comforts : dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and microwave, coffe machine, Tv, wify.....Outside barbecue with table and chase-long to eat and relax. 5 km. far the historic center of Desenzano del Garda. The location is perfect for privacy, but at the same time the places of culture like Mantua and Verona or ancient villages as Valeggio or Castellaro Lagusello are easy to reach. Not far from Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione and Solferino e San Martino della Battaglia. Numerous paths for walking and cycling, golf course around. Amousement Garda lake parks are at 20 min. far by car. Circuit go Kart and large shopping center at 3 km. Restaurants and "trattorie" typical neighborhood. Train station direct line Milan-Venice.
