Description

Makuti House has a large covered terrace with a large kitchen, a dining area, a pool table, a swimming pool and a chill out lounge.

Everything is on a 250m2 terrace covered by the beautiful makuti roof. The roof construction is looking beautiful from inside - a real African feeling.

The house's plan is working architecturally with the feeling of being indoor and outdoor.

The house is constructed to optimize natural ventilation by using the traditional thick makuti roof, in remembrance of a Danish thatch roof.

We have 6 rooms and can accommodate max. 14 people - the hole house.

All rooms has their own private bathroom.

The garden is fenced by a 2 m high wall with a electric fence on top.

We are located only 900m from the most beautiful beach in Diani.

We are renting out our 6 bedrooms.

The owner livs in the house as well.

100% - You can make a booking for the hole house.

In this situation the owner moves out of Makuti House.

The house is very attractive for a bigger family ore a group of friends who like 100% privacy - this is the perfect family house and we will be happy to provide you a private chef.

Makuti House is owned by the dane Anders Kristian Linnet.

The house is designed by him, in 2014.

Security is very important to us. Makuti House is fenced by a 2 meter concrete garden wall. We have an electrical fence on top of the wall. There is a maasai at the premises at night and 2 dog´s as well. We are connected to Scecurity group of Africa - SGA. We have staff in the house 24 hours. They will do there best to assist you. Our web site is very informative about everything happening in the arier. We arrange Safari, Diving, Snorcling, Fishing, Kitesurfing and have a solide knowledge about restaurants and club´s est.
