Description
The cottage is part of a a rustic 3-house holiday property in leafy green gardens only 300 meters from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, an upstairs loft and an add-on external ensuite couples room with outdoor shower that is included for larger groups above 6. All rooms have king or double size beds. It can sleep upto 3 couples and 4 singles or children sharing.
For large groups enquire with us on the exact number of your party and if you will be needing extra bed space so that we can make arrangements. Relax and dine on the balcony with views of the lush green garden. Take a dip in the pool that is shared with the main villa on the property.
Kids 0-3 stay free when sharing existing beds.
A clear blue swimming pool, gazebo, and fully stocked kitchenette, with staff to attend to your needs as desired. There will be an on site caretaker/gardener, and a housemaid to do the daily cleaning inclusive in your costs.
We offer you a personal chef for an extra 15 USD/1500 KES a day. This is a self-catering facility therefore does not offer bed and breakfast, you will purchase all your food, or you may have the staff do the purchase for you at a nominal transport cost of 2-3 USD.
There are fans in all the rooms, lush imported linens of Egyptian cotton and comfortable seating all across the property.
Enjoy hours of family entertainment through board games, hours of movies available on a hard disk connected to the flat screen TV, laze by the pool, or build sand castles at the beach only 5 minutes walk away.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You and your group may prefer to have the whole property to yourselves and you may be 12 guests or less in your party. To make this possible, when booking please select the minimum number of 24 guests in order to book the entire compound. We request that you do this since the price point we provide for groups 12 and under is based on occupancy of only the main house and optionally the garden double room located at the end of the garden. This price is possible as the cottage may also be rented out at the same time. However we respect your desire for privacy and exclusivity and make provision for this option to make sure that your expectations are fully met.
The laundry room is available for any personal laundry you may have, due to electricity costs we provide one free load per week that you stay and if you would like more loads there is a surcharge. You may also tip the cleaning staff to do your laundry if you would like. The bed and bath linens will always be taken care of by the cleaning staff.
