This home is located about 125 yards from the beach in Dillon Beach. It's down by the sandy beach just a short easy stroll to the surf and tide pools! Convenient and easy 3 minute walk to the secluded beach!
It has expansive ocean views, even sights of surfers and whales from your front window! The Dillon Beach sunsets and waves crashing on the beach from the sun deck, dining table and living areas are spectacular. The large deck provides a great place to sit and view the ocean together, even have an outdoor meal or two together on warm days. At night there is a large wood burning fireplace to warm up around after a day of exploring coastal nature trails and playing at the beach.
Hip, fun, sunny & contemporary with warm Scandinavian Modern design and furnishings – new contemporary bathrooms, woven carpet throughout, new paint, furniture and comfortable beds. Bed linens and bath towels provided and a well appointed kitchen with all your cookware and dishware needs!
A perfect place for a family get together, work retreat or special reunion. You'll love Dillon Beach not only for its rustic peaceful beauty but for its central location and short distance to great destinations in the region, Bodega Bay, Marshall, Occidental, Sebastopol, Point Reyes Nat'l Seashore, Tomales Bay, Sonoma wineries, Russian River, etc. The sandy beach is about 2.5 miles to the mouth of Tomales Bay. North of the sandy beach is more rocky with tide pools and rugged pristine coastal nature trails. Go fishing, beach combing, boogie boarding, surfing or just relax on the beach. Explore Point Reyes Station and stop and get fresh oysters from the world famous oyster farms near Dillon Beach along Tomales Bay, Hog Island Oyster Co. or Tomales Bay Oysters. The Dillon Beach general store is walking distance from the house as is the Dillon Beach Café.
