Description

This self catering holiday apartment is ideally situated in the Port of Dinan with stunning views of the port, and a short walk from an excellent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. A leisurely walk along the river will lead you to the Rue du Petit Fort/ Rue du Jerzual, a beautiful cobbled street lined with traditional breton style houses dating from the 1400's, which leads up to the enchanting medieval town of Dinan. Where you will find many places of interest including the Jacobin theatre, Tour de l’Horloge (clock tower), the Eglise St. Malo, the Eglise Saint Saveur, the 14th century Chateau, and Ramparts. A must is a leisurely stroll down the rue du Jerzual, graced with marvellous examples of Breton homes dating from the 1400’s, which ends at the picturesque Port of Dinan.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with stunning views of the port and river from the lounge and dining room. This apartment comprises 2 floors, with an open plan lounge/ living room furnished with 2 x 2 seater lounges, coffe table, French TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, small fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Also located on this floor is the WC. On the next floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and bathroom with shower/bath.

Nearby parking on road infront of apartment. (Please note this is not specifically reserved for house guests and is on a first come first serve basis).
