The idyllically situated villa, near Zurich, offers a wealth of amenities for a relaxed vacation:

• A heated, 12-meter-long outdoor pool

• An outdoor whirlpool for year-round relaxation

• A fitness area for sports activities

• An infrared sauna with light therapy

• Three lovingly furnished terraces for leisurely outdoor hours

• A barbecue area for sociable evenings

• A spacious property surrounded by well-maintained lawn

• The tranquil location with picturesque hiking trails completes the overall experience.

The villa comprises four bedrooms, with three located on the upper floor:

• Two rooms each with a 180x200 cm bed

• One room with a 140x200 cm bed

• A fourth room in the basement with daylight, equipped with two beds (140x200 cm and 180x200 cm)

• A crib (playpen) is also available

• Each bedroom has its television.

The kitchen is very well equipped.

The heated pool (12 m x 3.5 m) is open from mid-April to September 30, while the whirlpool is available year-round at a pleasant 37 degrees Celsius.

The villa offers three terraces (including the pool terrace) with seating in all directions, allowing guests to comfortably linger outdoors from morning until evening.

The house is situated in a quiet hillside location in a private cul-de-sac, making it ideal for children. The breathtaking nature nearby offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, enhancing the overall experience.

A parking space in the enclosed garage, connected to the house, is available. In front of the house, there are additional parking spaces for up to 4 cars.

Other things to note

• Only the individuals registered during booking are allowed in the house and pool area; visits are not permitted.

• The house is designed as a wellness oasis, providing a quiet and relaxing holiday.

• Due to its location in a residential area, strict adherence to the cantonal regulations for quiet hours (from 12 noon to 1 pm) and nighttime rest (from 8 pm) is required.

• The house is exclusively suitable for families, businesspeople, and groups of adults (30+). Youth groups are not allowed. Such bookings will be automatically cancelled without a refund.

• A fee of CHF 25 per day per dog is charged.

• Two outdoor cameras cover the entire exterior, with only the security company having access to the recordings.
