Description
Location of the house is in Dubrovnik's main tourist area called Lapad bay and just 100meters from the house you can enjoy various beaches as well as perfect nature in the Petka hill (150 meters from the house). Many restaurants and bars are located in the area and the Old town is 10 min ride by Bus or taxi. (30 min on foot).
Apartment takes entire 2nd floor of the house and is is approx. 100m2. Each of 3 double bedrooms has its own bathroom and a TV with SAT and AC. Living room area is combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room (25 m2). A sofa in the living room can easily be transformed into a double bed.(+2 persons)
There are 2 balconies and a terrace for our guests to enjoy.
This apartment is great for larger families or couple of families. 3 bedrooms - 6 persons. A sofa bed in the living room or in one of the bedrooms + 2 persons. Total 8 persons

“Great location, friendly owner onsite.”
Just returned from a week in Lapad area of Dubrovnik. The apartment was in a great location 150m walk to beach and supermarket. The apartment was clean and comfortable with enough room for 6 plus a baby. Aircon in most rooms and two kitchens. There are additional fridges in two bedrooms. There are small balconies off three rooms and very pleasant to sit out with a drink or breakfast. The owner is onsite living in the ground floor flat; he is very friendly and helpful. The area is really good; sunset beach is lovely and there are lots of decent restaurants and bars close by. Bus stop is 50 m walk (bus to the old town takes about 10-15 mins, you can walk but will take 45 mins) The old town is fantastic but can get very very busy.

Your group was first of the season and this minor glitch with one of the boilers was resolved instantly. Apparently it was set for mininum from inside the unit :(.

“Fantastic accomodation”
We looked for a appartment with 3 separate bedrooms and found this on www.homeaway.dk. The description of it was just what we were looking for, and we made a reservation. Immediately we got a mail from the owner with a confirmation, and we had to pay a deposit of 150 EURO. We were arriving by plane, and the owner arranged transportation both when we arrived and left. The flat is very convienient placed close to a fine beach, and the bus is leaving just outside the door to the old town several times pr hour. We will recommend that you by a "Dubrovnik card" because you get quite a discount in the busses, and access to some museums. In the appartment, there are everything you need, include very well functioning wireless internet and the appartment is clean and new. If it's needed the owners are very helpfull. In the neighbourhood there two supermarkets, "bakery", lots of restaurants of different kind. We really enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik.
