Description

NOTE: Superb disinfection after every guests, you will not get corona in this property. Area itself has just small number of corona cases and is under control.

Apartment has an amazing sea view, also visible part of Old town and surrounding islands. It is two floor apartment 46 m2, downstairs is bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, airconditioner, lodga with a seasight. Upstairs is a second bathroom, smaller bedroom, and terrace. If you want to sleep upstairs, downstair bedroom can be living room. This is good for people who would stay for a longer period.

It is turned on south side, all day sunny, and is same during winter days, therefore is really suitable also for winter holidays for those who doesnt like snowy holidays. Think about all winter time in apartment with a sea view and your room warmed by sunlight in December and January.

For fans of HBO Game of Thrones could be interesting that from apartment is visible Fort Lawrence(Lovrijenac), medieval fortress from 12th century where shooting of Game of Thrones took place in 2nd and 3rd season. Also is visible park Gradac were took place shooting of 4th season of GoT.

Further details

It is possible to organize rent of 6 meter speedboat with skipper, and go arround to sea panorama and islands, or even fishing.

Also available smaller 4 meters boat to sail arround.

“Fantastic location”

Fantastic apartment with beautiful views, just 20 minutes walk from the Old Town, 5 minutes from gorgeous little beach. Handy shop a couple of minutes away. An open balcony on one floor and a closed one with huge opening window on the other. Everything you need in the apartment- very comfortable. Had a wonderful, easy holiday, would highly recommend.
