Offering a private beach right in front, as well as convenient road links to the Old Town of Dubrovnik, features air-conditioned studio with private furnished terrace boasting magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea.
Set in 300-year-old property and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, the studio come with a fully equipped kitchenette and a flat-screen TV. You can relax on the sun lounger on the terrace.Elite vacation houses, 1 restaurant and a bus stop can be found in the area. It is 7 km from UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik, which can be accessed in just a 10-minute car drive.The bus stop is 30 metres away. Public buses operate throughout the year taking you to Dubrovnik Bus Station in 5 minutes. From there you can take a local bus that takes 10 minutes to get to UNESCO-protected Old Town.Dubrovnik Ferry Port is only 4 km away. It offers links to the splendid Elaphite Islands and Italy.
Airport transfer service can be arranged for an extra charge and upon request.
Private individual daily trips could be organized to cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia.

“great seafront apartment, with fantastic views”
Could not of found a better apartment or location if we had tried.Travel arrangements to and from the airport were well organised and went very smoothly. Right on the sea edge, sat on the terrace we watched the world go by. Welcomed by Petar's Dad on arrival with drinks and home grown fruit, and throughout the week driven to local shop whenever we needed. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Petar's Dad for his hospitality and assistance. We opted for a trip to Bosnia and Hertzegovina which was organised by Petar, this was an experience and without doubt very enjoyable/memorable. Petar was a mine of information throughout the day/night and we travelled at a relaxed pace. We visited a range of places, Kravice (waterfalls) were absolutely amazing as was a derelict Ottoman fortress we visited on route, and Mostar for its bridge, history past and recent and a 15th Century Dervish house, definitely worth the trip. Big thanks to Petar for organising the trip and the driver for getting us to all the places. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed, the shower was excellent. The only local restaurant was a very close by, less than 5 mins walk. It was welcoming, friendly and the food was great, it had sea views and outside seating area under a canopy of vines. Dubrovnik was a short journey by bus or taxi and the Old Town was well worth the trip. Amazing place in reach of what ever you want to do if you can drag yourself away from the terrace, its view and stepping into the sea from your private seafront.

“The location is everything!”
Wow, what a great place to stay! The accommodation is perhaps a little basic (the kitchen is tiny!) but when you have a view like that, you really only go inside to sleep! - all our meals, drinks etc… More

“Peace and tranquility”
We found the apartment very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The views are stunning and the family very kind. It is a bit outside of the old City but we liked that. We could relax at our apartment but getting to the City was easy. We had a marvellous holiday. The apartments setting was ideal. We had a lovely meal cooked for us by Mario and he regularly left us treats of cakes. Croatia is a beautiful country. We barely scratched the surface. We will go back to this lovely apartment.
