Description
Welcome to our newly renovated, modernly equipped studio apartment in Lapad area.
The apartment is situated in a family house, on the first floor, and has been completely renewed in June 2013. It is suitable for 3 persons (2+1) and consists of a large living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom.
There is also a shaded terrace you can use (30 m2 / 320 sq.ft.), and it is shared with our other apartment (for 4 persons). Private parking place is secured just in front of the house.
Bed dimensions are 200x160 cm (for 2 perons), and there is also a sofa bed which can be convertible into bed for one person (200x90 cm)
Apartment is located in Lapad area, close to beaches. Less than 100 meters from the apartment there is a nice walking promenade with lots of restaurants, cafe bars, patisseries and a big supermarket. After about 5 minutes walking distance you are approaching to some great, popular beaches, as well as to some nice, rocky places to swim.
To go to the Old town you can catch a local bus line number 6 which operates every 10 minutes and it drives you directly to Old town in some 10-15 minutes. The local bus stop is just some 200 m from the apartment. Taxi station is just next to bus stop.

“Amazing apartment, beautiful country, friendly and helpful hosts”
We rented “Studio apartment Lapad, close to beaches” in the Lapad neighborhood of Dubrovnik in the beginning of August from Minela and Milos. I had read positive reviews about the apartment but the reality exceeded all our expectations. Location is perfect: 2-3 minutes walk to the bus stop, supermarket, farmers market, beautiful Promenade with dozens of restaurants, cafes, hotels, pool, tennis court and so on, leading to the marvelous Lapad beach. Walk to the Lapad beach takes no more than 8 minute. Apartment: very spacious, very clean, almost brand new, with all imaginable amenities, appliances, and conveniences. Hosts Minela and Milos: very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, always available if you need them, but not obtrusive at all. Bonus of the apartment is the huge patio. If I come to Dubrovnik again I’ll rent Minela and Milos apartment again without any hesitation, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends
