Description

Our lovely apartment is several steps away from the Adriatic, next to a gorgeous “Lungomare” walkway, leading you to the most beautiful beaches and hidden coves Dubrovnik has to offer. Lapad peninsula is famous for his green areas, parks, promenade and most beautiful beaches. Lapad peninsula is located just 3 km away from UNESCO’s old city Dubrovnik.

Our apartment has three bedrooms and can accept up to 4 persons. Apartment has solid wood flooring, full kitchen and bathroom, along with air conditioning. It is equipped with plasma TV, satellite programs and internet. Apartment has all necesarry appliances for long and comfortable stay. Guests will be provided with private terrace surrounded by beautiful flowers and mediterranean plants. It is forbidden to smoke inside apartment.

Supermarkets, shopping centers, post office, bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, tennis court, beaches, water park, pleasure ground are all within a 5-minute walking distance from the apartment. Bus station for old town is also 5 min from apartment. Bus no 6 goes to the old town every 10 min and ride with bus lasts 15 min.

I will provide my guests with the best possible treatment. I will be at their disposal during anytime of the day. My apartment is located only a few minutes away, so if my guests ever get locked out, or need any help possible, I can assure them I will be available to them during every moment of their stay!

“Good holiday”

A cosy , very clean apartment. The interior was just as the site shows you. Beds very comfortable as was the seating in the lounge. In the kitchen ample cutlery and crockery, however oven door was broken so couldn’t use the oven also there was no toaster. Garden seating was in a shady narrow part of the garden, swing seat which was in the sunny garden was broken and the courtyard was used for parking cars belonging to the other apartments. Lovely eating places nearby (quite expensive)and a nice pebble beach along the Lapad Walkway. This apartment advertisement states most are within 5 minutes walking, however we found 15-20 mins was more realistic, perhaps because we are not as fit as a younger person may be. Vivijana kindly organised Taxis to and from the airport, overall a good holiday
