Perfect for exploring the Old town, this duplex apartment enjoys one of the best locations in the Old town tucked in small side street with an addition of a lovely covered terrace, overlooking the town roofs, as a perfect relaxing corner. The most famous historical sights as well as restaurants, bar, beaches and grocery stores are all within a few minutes walking distance from the apartment so it is a great choice for both longer stay as well as city breaks.

The duplex apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional stone building common for the area and is accessed via one flight of stairs from the building entrance. Upon entering the apartment guests will find themselves in the entrance hallway with one bathroom with a shower, one double bedroom, one queen bedroom and one single bedroom. Taking the internal flight of stairs up to the second floor, the space offers a comfortable open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing your own meals. The apartment's best feature is the lovely city view terrace, with dining table and chairs, which is accessed from the living room and where you can enjoy breakfast and coffee or just relax and socialize.

Amenities include: AC(living/kitchen area, hallway), SAT TV, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher; terrace with dining table overlooking the city rooftops.

Located in the Old town, the apartment represents a great choice when staying in Dubrovnik as you can use the most of your time exploring whether you are on a longer vacation or a short visit. Within a few minutes walking distance you can reach all historical sights such as the city walls, St. Blaise church , monasteries, Onofrio fountain, Rector's palace etc. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, grocery stores, open market and the famous Banje beach are also within walking distance so all travelers can make the most of their time in the city when everything is within easy reach. For travelers who are looking for a more relaxing place to swim and relax under the sun, Old town port offers frequent boat line during spring and summer time to the nearby Lokrum island.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
