Light, south oriented one bedroom elegant apartment in the center, with sunny terrace, attractive location, walking distance to the Old Town. The apartment is in the traditional charming stone house, newly renovated, beautiful,very clean, comfortable
You will like quiet and safe central location, in front of door and windows is private yard, no traffic, pleasant environment, the road and bus stop is behind house. Fully equipped apartment, spacious kitchen with all amenities, free, reliable and fast internet, free air condition or heating , spacious private terrace.
To go to the Old town a car is not needed, walking distance is about 10-15 minutes. You can also go by bus or taxi. Bus stop is near the apartment, at a distance of about 100 m where buses number 3 and 3a stop every half an hour and have a direct connection to the Old town Pile, main port, main bus station, business part of city with all the banks, supermarkets, police station, post office ...
Ideal for up to 4 people as it has one bedroom with high quality bed but also has a sofa that extends into a large (160x200) and a comfortable bed.
Our guests have free air condition during hot summer and free heating for pleasant stay while visiting Dubrovnik Winter festival or The Celebration of St. Blaise and Dubrovnik Carnival in February and many other events out of the high season.
Guests have privacy, their own entrance and terrace.
This beautiful place is so close to the historical part of Dubrovnik and all the events and yet away from the crowd.
