Description

Apartment MAJA B is located in elite part of Dubrovnik - Ploce area,only 150m walking distance from the Old Town, only 100m from the popular town beach Banje.

It is situated in our stone family house and can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Apartment MAJA B is on 2 levels.

Kitchen, dining, living area and bathroom downstairs, as well as a bedroom for three persons (double bed + single bed) with balcony.

Upstairs two bedrooms (1/2 room and 1 single room).

There is also one bathroom upstairs.

From the roof windows the view extends from islands in the east to Dubrovnik western part, of course including the Town in the walls,

We have our private parking space, but it is necessary to reserve a place at the time of making the booking of apartment.

The bus stop of city bus No 5 (to Lapad peninsula) and No 8 (to the port Gruz) are 150 m away from the apartment as well as the cable car station. All important sights are on a short walking distance.

When arrive to my address please call me and I shall come in the street to meet you and show you to the apartment, and what is especially important to show you the right parking place.

Room inventory ( pillows, blankets, towels etc) as well as the kitchen utensils are intended for you you use while standing in the apartment and are not to be taken out.
PLEASE do not disturb the other guests by loud noises especially from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
