Apartment MAJA Z is located in elite part of Dubrovnik - Ploce area, only 150m walking distance from the Old Town, only100m from the popular town beach Banje.
The apartment has sea view, island Lokrum view and the eastern part of Old Town view.
It can accommodate up to 4 persons.
Apartment MAJA Z is on two levels.
Kitchen, bathroom, dining and living area downstairs as well as the terrace.
Bedrooms 1/3 room (double bed + single bed) and 1 double room, balcony, upstairs.
We have our private parking space, but it is necessary to reserve a place at the time of booking the apartment.

Response from the owner Mme Fatoumata, as I realized that your children are used only to eat cookies, I now understand that Mr. Emeric would feed his children in a different way, and maybe then the ants wouldn't come in from the garden, to eat a small pieces of cookies spread every where. It took really a lot of time to clean everything after....My intention is only to wish you less cookies in your next apartment.

“Very well located accommodation”
This apartment is very well located, just a short walk from the old town with a parking space available as well by arrangement. The owner lives very close by, speaks very good English and is helpful.

“Awesome location, car park included”
A big thank you to Maja and her partner for a fantastic stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment is a very convenient 5 minute walk to the old town and a car park is included, which was fantastic.
