We offer you one apartment (***, 3 star rating) for rent. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. It consist of a kitchen (with gas and electricity cooker, grill, deep freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee and tea maker, toaster, kitchen supplies ), living room (air conditioning, wireless network, satellite tv, DVD, HI-FI ), 1 room (double bed, air-condition, satellite TV), bathroom (shower cabin, washing machine, towels) and terrace surrounded by greenery, Mediterranean plants and different sorts of fruit trees, ideal for relaxing. It is situated on a peaceful part of the town, on a spacious land that ensures privacy. Parking space ensured.
Apartment Villa Iris is located on peninsula Lapad, regarded as one of the most beautiful residence areas in Dubrovnik. Situated on a quiet and peaceful location, our dear guests can truly relax. The apartment is located at the complex of the old, stone building villa which is surrounded by nicely decorated gardens with plenty of typical Mediterranean plants as olive trees, palms, rosemary etc. Pleasant short walk will take you to beaches ( 5 minutes walking), markets, post and bank and other facilities you might need.
Close to apartment Villa Iris you will find Lapad bay, a pleasant area with several hotels, tenniscourts, many restaurants, caffe bars and beautiful pebble and rocky beaches. A regular bus connection will take you to Old Town Dubrovnik. The bus is only 2 minutes walking away. You can visit the Old Town Dubrovnik and many other interesting destinations along Dubrovnik region. Visit the main street Stradun, the center of all happenings. During summer visitors can enjoy a rich cultural program that includes concerts and other events, all within the City Walls.
