Description

Villa Hedera X has been recently built in Mokosica, 80 metres from Ombla river. The property offers charming exterior with private pool, summer kitchen surrounded with lush green Mediterranean plants that provide peace and privacy.

This villa is divided into three floors: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and common kitchen / dining room / living room are on the ground floor. The living room opens to large terrace with lounge chairs and the 2nd terrace with covered dining area, built-in BBQ, kitchen and swimming pool.

External staircase leads up to the 1st floor with game room equipped with gym/game room, infrared sauna, bathroom with shower and one bedroom with double bed wich can be turned into twin room upon request.

Upon entering 1st floor Access to the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is via an internal staircase. One of the bedrooms is with a king size bed and opens onto a private balcony, second bedroom has queen size bed and 3rd bedroom can be either double or twin. All bedrooms on the second floor have private en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Villa Hedera X has private swimming pool, bar, BBQ and lounge area. The villa comes with 3 private parking spaces. Amenities include: Air-conditioning, SAT-TV, LCD TV, Wireless Internet, smoke detector, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice-maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, BBQ, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, swimming pool, game room with table tennis and darts, basketball hoop, gym and 3 private parking places.

Mokosica is a suburb of Dubrovnik, within 15-20 minute driving distance from Old Town. Bus stop to Old Town is 50 meters from the villa (bus ticket costs 15 kunas/ 2 Euro) and buses run in every 15 minutes throughout high season. Shop (general store) and ATM are 500 m away. ACI marina is 4.3 km to the east.

* Possibility to accommodate 2 extra persons on the sofa bed in the living room.

*Pool temperature is set to 25C/77F and cannot be changed by guests. Pool heater will not function when air temperature is at or below 15C/59F.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
