Description
'La Metairie des Ducs' is a spacious 3 bedroom Character house set in a peaceful village, close to the lively bastide towns of Duras and Monsegur. The house has a large open plan kitchen and Dining area with access to a covered terrace with built in BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. Also on the ground floor is a seperate lounge with sofas and sofa bed and TV. There is a bathroom adjeacent to the lounge, with walk in shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, One bedroom has two single beds, one has a king sized bed, and the master bedroom has a king sized bed and a standard double. On this floor there is also a bathroom and seperate toilet.
Outside there is a fenced garden in front of the house. To the rear of the house there is access to a large games barn, with a pool table, air hockey and other games a great area to entertain all the family. Beyond the barn is the pool area with spacious decking area and lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
An ideal spot for total relaxation.
