A great launch site for canoes or kayaks to explore Nauset Marsh and the beach. 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in East Orleans on 2.5 acres adjacent to 5 acres of conservation with privacy and views. A/C "retrofit" in the upper level only and wireless internet. Main Level Master features Japanese bubble soak tub and queen bed. 2 second floor bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with king is open to first floor living area (sort of loft) with balcony overlooking Wood Cove. 2 lower level bedrooms (1 with bunk beds, the other with a double bed) are adjacent to a play area complete with pool table. Also includes paddle ball court on property. NO Pets Accepted.
