FULL REFUNDS-SHOULD COVID RULES STILL BE IN PLACE. The main property sleeps 12 with the addition of a further two double bedrooms available in the annex, bringing the total to 16 people over eight bedrooms, prices are automatically adjusted for these 2 sizes of parties.
There is also parking for six cars.

Situated in the heart of Robin Hood country, these 250 year old, Grade II listed cottages combine a sense of history and period features with tastefully rendered refurbishment to offer unique and superbly appointed accommodation. They are located in the beautiful village of Edwinstowe within walking distance of the famous Major Oak and a range of amenities and shops, including welcoming pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.The cottages are essential two cottages that are linked together through a lockable door. You therefore have two of everything; living and dinning rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Each side has two double bedrooms and one twin room.

“Great big family get together location”
I booked this cottage to bring together my family which live different ends of England. It’s becoming an annual tradition for us all, and this location is the best we’ve booked so far. We had the whole of the cottage which meant we had 4 double rooms, 2 twin rooms, then then 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 dining rooms. It worked out fantastic as we were all able to get together and eat at one big dining room and relax in one of the living rooms, and when some of the others wanted a bit of quiet time they had the other living room to relax in. Kitchens were equipped with everything we needed so we cooked breakfasts for 11 of us most mornings, home cooked pizzas and lunches for all. Although the cottage is right on the cross roads, we were a bit worried this may cause a problem with traffic noise, but it really wasn’t that bad. It worked out well for my Nan too as it was only a short stroll across the road to the pub for Sunday lunch, as well as the craft centre up the road too. Sherwood Forest was right next to it too which was great for the kids to burn off some energy. We absolutely loved it and would definitely book again!
