Charmant duplex St Léon de 35m2, "classé 3 étoiles" est situé en plein coeur de la petite cité viticole d'Eguisheim, au calme et à 5km de Colmar. Situé sur une petite place piétonne, à proximité des commerces. Salon-séjour avec une télévision écran plat et un lecteur DVD et une cuisine équipée: (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, congélateur, machine à café filtre et machine type Senséo, raclette partie).
A l'étage: Grande chambre avec 1 lit 2 personnes 140/200cm et d’un lit 1 personne 90/200cm, salle de bain avec douche et Toilette attenante à la chambre.
Boulangerie, salon de thé, boucherie-charcuterie, traiteur et épicerie-tabac-presse à deux pas ainsi que de nombreux restaurants.
Parking au pied du duplex pour décharger les bagages ou encore à 3 mètres autour de l'église ou parking public les marronniers au prix de 4€ par jour, carte de parking en vente dans notre magasin sur demande.
Vous aimerez l'atmosphère calme et paisible de notre duplex avec vue sur les trois donjons d' Eguisheim.

L’Alsace n’est pas peu fière ! Elle compte depuis peu une nouvelle distinction aussi gratifiante que ses paysages sont beaux et ses villages fleuris. Sur les chaînes de France Télévisions, Eguisheim est devenu le village préféré des Français en 2013.
Chacun qui a déjà parcouru les ruelles pavées d’Eguisheim peut témoigner du charme qui s’y opère mais c’est non sans surprise qu’Eguisheim a supplanté tous les villages en lice dans cette compétition amicale présentée par le célèbre Stéphane Bern.
Eguisheim, village de carte postale sur la Route des Vins d’Alsace.
Situé sur la Route des Vins d’Alsace, tout proche de Colmar (5km), Eguisheim se niche sur le flanc verdoyant des collines sous-vosgiennes. Entouré de vignes, la commune viticole est classée parmi les Plus Beaux Villages de France !
Il fait bon se balader à l’ombre de ses rues qui se déploient autour de son château. Maisons à colombages, fontaines, massifs fleuris, tout semble avoir été pensé pour conférer à la cité médiévale un charme de carte postale que l’on ne peut trouver qu’ici, en Alsace !
Comme il est de tradition en Alsace, Eguisheim est remarquablement fleuri. Ce qui lui vaut aussi plusieurs distinctions honorifiques, comme la Médaille d'or de l'entente florale européenne en 2006 ou le Grand Prix National du Fleurissement depuis 1989. (Cité classée 4 fleurs et numéro 1 du concours européen "village fleuri " ).
Sa richesse provient d’un ensemble architectural unique, préservé des ravages de l'histoire et intelligemment conservé dans ses enceintes médiévales encore intactes, mais qui ne serait rien sans le charme d’un géranium accroché à un balcon, un sourire sur le pas de porte d’un restaurant typique ou un accent alsacien inimitable qui vous renseignera sur les vins d’Alsace produits à Eguisheim… le village préféré des Français !
