Preciosa VILLA rural de 360m2 y 3000m2 de jardín, con WIFI GRATIS, AIRE ACONDICIONADO por toda la casa, televisor smart TV, piscina, barbacoa, BILLAR, PING-PONG, DARTBOARD…situada en un entorno natural con maravillosas vistas, cerca de todos los servicios como supermercados (Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour...) ,centro comercial con cines, restaurantes y tiendas , CAMPO DE GOLF (8 km), parque acuático Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Natura, Parque temático Terra Mítica.
A 45 kilómetros del aeropuerto de Alicante y a 140 km. de Valencia.
A partir de 8 kilometros de las playas y de preciosas calas en Benidorm, Albir, Altea, Calpe, Villajoyosa y de las Fuentes del río Algar, precioso paraje natura;
de Guadalest , uno de los pueblos con más encanto del país.
La casa es ideal para familias, amigos, parejas, ciclistas , senderistas, excursionistas y personas amantes de la naturaleza. Es una zona muy tranquila, donde poder relajarse y también disfrutar de las maravillosa playas y calas.
Si está interesado en realizar alguna actividad relacionada con el mar (pesca, deportes marítimos ) le podemos asesorar de las ofertas de la zona. (Altea, Benidorm...)
Esta villa es ideal tanto para estancias cortas (donde tendrá la oportunidad de realizar hasta 17 rutas de senderismo también barranquismo), como para estancias más largas veraniegas con familiares y amigos.
También es adecuada para organizar JORNADAS DE MEDITACIÓN ya que posee un jardín muy grande con muchos árboles donde poder realizar sesiones de meditación en plena naturaleza.

La casa consta de 5 amplios dormitorios (la suite tiene 100 metros y la habitación de la buhardilla 50 metros) tres baños completos (dos en suite y uno compartido) y un aseo. También hay un aseo en la zona de piscina y barbacoa.
La piscina mide 5X10 metros.
Mesa ping-pong en el jardín y mesa de billar en la casa.
EL PROPIETARIO que se encarga del mantenimiento de la piscina, jardín y servicios de la casa vive en la misma finca en la planta baja .

“Amazing 10 days here beautiful villa ☀️”
Just returned from a fantastic 10 days here at the beautiful villa! Such a beautiful location lots of space on the villa and the grounds to the villa was fantastic. We were a group of 10 ample space for the kids to play football. A car is needed but you get to see and go to so many different places which is great we loved to venture out. We loved the out side kitchen area at the villa we loved having lots of bbqs late night swimming playing pool table tennis We highly recommend here and will definitely be returning with family Tina be alba were fantastic hosts very friendly and very welcoming to us all and was very helpful.

This is a great spacious villa in a lovely quiet location, €20 for taxi into Benidorm. There were 9 of us and still space for more. Would both recommend and return.

Es un gustazo tener inquilinos tan agradables y respetuosos como vosotros, estaríamos encantados de recibiros de nuevo. En cuanto a los mosquitos, dentro de la vivienda está solucionado con las mosquiteras en las ventanas, pero en el exterior es más complicado, aún así estamos poniendo medios para solucionarlo.
