The apartment is located in Panorama Fort Beach in Elenite which is located in a lovely calm southern bay in the foot of Balkan Mountains and beside St. Vlas and Sunny Beach. This is a brand new complex which forms part of what is known as the 'Grand Resort' (consisting of Panorama, Marina, Crown & Imperial complexes) Panorama is on the front line with stunning views over the bay towards Sunny Beach and the ancient town of Nessebar. It is the ideal location for a calm and relaxing holiday away from the disco music, noise and bustle that is Sunny Beach, yet only a short hop (5 kms or 6/7minute taxi ride with on-site taxis always available or local bus service) should you wish to head to Sunny Beach and sample some of the numerous bars and clubs on offer (beware of the 50p beer with 2 for 1 at happy hour!!).

The apartment is a fully air-conditioned one bedroom apartment with an open plan living/dining room and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is fully furnished to a high standard and is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay here an enjoyable one. The apartment has a pool view with a sea view from the terrace. It is situated on the ground floor at a mezzanine level with very easy access to the swimming/wave pools and playgrounds which will prove very useful for keeping the kids happy!

There is gated access to the fittingly titled 'Paradise Beach' located directly in front of the complex. The facilities available in the 'Grand Resort' are outstanding and include 18 swimming pools (one is a wave pool & 3 for kids), a Jacuzzi pool and massage service, fitness club & sauna, 4 restaurant/bars, 2 supermarkets, hair dresser, beauty centre, medical centre, car hire office, internet facility, 2 Tennis courts/football fields and 13 playground areas (swings, slides & climbing frame - situated close to the pools and built on rubber safety mats). The complex can only be accessed through manned security gates so personal security for you and your family is guaranteed.
