Villa récente (2009) très lumineuse et fonctionnelle de 90 m² avec deux terrasses de 120 m² et 60 m². Implantée sur un terrain de 2000 m² avec restanques et parking 3 voitures. La villa comporte deux niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée (accès Sud par terrasse à l'ombre d'un chêne centenaire) : 1 chambre avec grand lit 160, fenêtre Est et 1 dortoir avec lits superposés 80 et convertible 140 fenêtre Ouest, 1 salle de bain fenêtre Est, 1 WC séparé avec fenêtre. Au rez-de-jardin (accès direct par la grande terrasse), grand salon-salle à manger et cuisine US triple exposition, 1 WC séparé avec lave-mains et fenêtre, 1 suite parentale double expo avec grand lit 160 et salle de douche avec fenêtre. Décoration et aménagements soignés.
Equipements : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, cuisinière vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur, congélateur, toaster, cafetière, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, TV, barbecue. Equipement bébé sur demande (lit parapluie, réhausseur, baignoire).

Mer à Sainte-Maxime 55 km ; Gorges du Verdon et Lac de Sainte-Croix à 39 km ; piscine naturelle à Salernes (8 km).
