Stunning 400 acre private agricultural estate very near the sea and many of Greece's most important ancient sites. Luxurious stone manor house , with extraordinary privacy, yet easily accessible from Athens, and just 15 minutes to the sea. An operating vineyard, horse and tree farm, produces organic fruits, vegetables, meats and wine, and extremely pure natural water sources combine to offer a healthy compliment to the natural beauty, serenity and sense of well-being. Horses, sheep, rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys and other birds are raised on the estate, offering lots for young and old to see and do. Accessible to several Greek islands by water taxi, as well as castles, monasteries and many other fascinating attractions. Perfect for large families or groups on retreat.

If you really want to relax and take the hassle out of travelling, we offer the services of an English-speaking restaurant-trained cook to do your shopping and prepare meals for your group, for an additional fee. She can also help plan excursions, find baby-sitters, hair-dressers, manicurists or massage therapists to come to the estate, and generally problem solve. We would love to host your group.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Demetrie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
