There is a spacious veranda area with patio furniture, a perfect place to appreciate the wonderful panoramic Mediterranean Sea view and breezes with a glass of local wine in total privacy. This secure property offers a master bedroom en-suite with a king size bed and a balcony, a double bedroom with two single beds and a family bathroom. Kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Free Wi-Fi, satellite (Russian, English & Arabic channels) smart 46`TV-set and DVD player. There is a lovely communal swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas for residential use only. Located parking space.The area offers a great mix of traditional fish and meat taverns, pubs, searfront restaurants. It is just a short drive from the historic heart of Kourion Archeological site. Kourion Beach is only 2,5 km away. Fasouri Aqua Park, Limassol “My Mall” (trendy shops, huge variety of restaurants and cafe`, a skating rink- real fun for kids and adults) and Limassol town centre is only15 min away. Two supermarkets and small shops are nearby.
