Description

Comfortably appointed Gite within a renovated 18th Century Mas, with ivy clad stone walls. Mas Grandiflora is just 10 minutes from the International Perpignan airport within the historic village of Espira de L'Agly. Encircled by lush gardens the shared pool is private but has a view of the 12th Century bell tower and village Church.

La Petite Maison is situated in a cosy corner to the far side of the main house. This Gite gives a real sense of privacy with it's own pretty patio for your sole use with table, chairs and barbecue for al fresco dining. The door leads straight into a small living/ dining area with table, chairs and sofa. The galley style kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, all electrical appliances and all cooking utensils. A shower room with toilet and hand basin lies off the kitchen. An open tread staircase leads to the mezzanine level with double bed. Additional a baby cot can be provided.
