Description

Montinho do Vestias is the name of this property located in Alentejo countryside, in São Domingos de Ana Loura, close to Estremoz, 2 hours from Lisbon. It is a nice and peaceful place ideal for relaxing holidays close to nature.

The property offers a huge outside space in the natural Alentejo landscape: a hillside with wild flowers, olive trees and holm oaks for exploring and picnics.

The house is a traditional building renovated to offer modern facilities. 8 people can sleep in 4 rooms. It has 2 modern bathrooms, one en-suite. It has air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge where you can rest, read a book, watch a DVD or sit in front of the fireplace if you come during cold days. The 2 big terraces with an open view to the beautiful landscape are ideal places for outside breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Next to the house is a plunge pool to relax in and refresh on warm days and a fun place for children to play in.

This is a great location from which to explore the surrounding Alentejo. The house is in Central Alentejo, very close to Estremoz. This is a beautiful and charismatic city, with old history, ideal for connecting with local culture. You can taste the best local food and wine, see or buy local pottery, visit the city and the monuments. Within an hour's drive are the historical cities Elvas and Vila Viçosa, both beautiful places to explore.
