Description

The Apartment is on the Ground Floor South East facing with stunning views looking out over the Marina

Dining/Living room with French windows opening onto terrace of lit decking with a charming miniture garden with potted plants and extended grass effect lawn with a gated direct access on to the Marina.

The Kitchen area is modern with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

The Master bedroom is a large double with fitted wardrobes, 40" flat screen TV and with views over looking the terrace on to the Marina.

The second bedroom is also a double with the same stunning views over the Marina also.

The bathroom comprising of wet room shower, WC, basin and a heated radiator and underfloor heating.

Once on the terrace you have access straight on to the Marina and within a minute you can be on Shelly beach!

In the evenings there is outside lighting which enhances the ambience.

Exmouth is a beautiful estuary town in a glorious setting on Devon's south coast. A thriving centre with excellent shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities it also boasts a beautiful 2 miles sandy beach and all-year-round mild climate.

Pennant House is a unique development within the heart of the marina. The moorings enjoy perhaps the best aspect of the development.

A designated car parking space is available for your use.

“Nice Apartment”

The location is very good - beeches close by, lots to do for a family. Bars and restaurants are plentiful. Apartment is a little tired but has everything you need etc

“Lovely Apartment”

We have just got back from a lovely relaxing week at this apartment. Thank you Brigitte for making sure we had settled in and that all was well. We enjoyed exploring the area on foot and its an easy walk into town which has some lovely shops, bars and restaurants, all following Covid rules. The beach is very close and wasn't crowded. The apartment has everything you need. The new bathroom is lovely! And the view from the terrace over the marina is great for people watching. We would love to return again soon!

“Top Apartment”

Wonderful view from the balcony, it’s delightful watching the comings and goings on the boats. The lounge is very comfortable as is the bedroom also . Location is great beach and restaurants are very close , be sure to prebook as they are very popular. The apartment is in a secure block which is reassuring, would definitely visit again.

The property is in an excellent location with a charming patio, which has direct access to the Marina and walkways, just around the corner is a pretty little beach. The town, shops, parks and other beaches are just a short distance away. The apartment is cosy and clean with comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you would need for self catering. Parking is easy being just outside the communal door. The only thing that let it down is the hot water, which wasn't very efficient
