Description
L'Antico Casolare Ceselenardi è un'antica struttura del 1800 che erge maestosa alle pendici del Monte Acero, nei pressi del monumento del Cristo Redentore in Faicchio (BN). Circondato da ulivi, querce e pini, offre agli ospiti la possibilità di trascorrere piacevoli giornate a contatto con la natura, con la possibilità di scoprire il territorio Sannita. Il Casolare è l'ideale punto di partenza per visitare: Pietralcina, paese natio di San Pio (km. 30), Terme di Telese (km. 6), San Lorenzello e Cerreto Sannita, i paesi della ceramica (km. 3), Cusano Mutri, il Parco Regionale del Matese (km. 10), Pietraroja e il suo Parco Paleontologico (km. 17).
La struttura è indipendente ed è, complessivamente, di circa 250 mq; è posta su due piani:
PIANO TERRA
- cucina arredata completa di elettrodomestici (cucina a gas, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, frigo, occorrente per 7 coperti);
- sala da pranzo con camino;
- soggiorno con divano e tv;
- ingresso con divano letto e bagno.
PIANO SUPERIORE
- tre camere da letto con tv e biancheria;
- un bagno con piatto doccia e biancheria;
- un bagno in camera con piatto doccia e biancheria.
Il casolare dispone di riscaldamento a gas per il periodo invernale e di condizionatori per il periodo estivo. L'esterno vi accoglie con la terrazza panoramica di circa 60 mq. per ammirare indimenticabili tramonti e paesaggi mozzafiato; il cortile è ampio e c'è la possibilità di parcheggio auto.
Sono a disposizione degli ospiti free WI-FI, sdraio per il sole, spazio barbecue.
Il Casolare inoltre è amico degli animali; porta con te il tuo cucciolo nei tuoi momenti di relax.
