Description
The apartment is located in Fano (PU) Marche, is completely furnished, is situated 200 metres from the sea within walking distance through the cycle and hiking trail. It's been recently renovated: replacing the tub with shower, reset the electrical system spec furnishings and walls. The inner surface is 75 m2 and comprises: entrance hall, kitchen, living room with terrace, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, bathroom with washing machine. The tv is in the living room, in rooms there are TV outlets. The two bedrooms have Windows overlooking the sea. Can be comfortably accommodated 4 people, if necessary, you can use a cot in the living room for the 5 ^ person. There is a parking and a communal garden. The heating is autonomous.
The city centre is 3 km that can be travelled on foot, by bike or by car. On the one hand there is the sea, on the other hand the hills with streets that lead inland where there are hamlets and villages to visit and where you can enjoy a unique panorama.
Is it possible to make a relaxing holidays throughout the year for short or longer periods. The best time is definitely the summer but also during the year you can visit unique places as Urbino and marches that offers beautiful places where you eat very well.

Response from the owner Ci dispiace per l'inconveniente e ci scusiamo. Affittiamo l'appartamento da oltre 4 anni ed'è la prima volta che ci viene segnalato questo problema. Ci dispiace tanto di non aver potuto offrire una vacanza riposante. Abbiamo ospiti anche in questo periodo e ci dicono che dormono bene di notte. Rimane il dispiacere di non aver potuto offrire una vacanza all'altezza delle aspettative ad alcuni nostri ospiti. Grazie per la segnalazione.
